This site provides an outlet for my thoughts, ideas and recommendations in regards to endurance training. Some ideas are great. Other not so much. But you never know until you put the information out there for good people like you to try! I hope you find the content interesting and maybe even helpful.

ABOUT ME

Hi, I’m Mark. I’ve been coaching athletes of all levels for 20 years. The first 10 years were spent working in field of Strength & Conditioning with a strong emphasis on mobility and helping athletes return to sport post-injury. The last 10 years have been dedicated endurance training & coaching for cyclists & runners. During this time, I have the distinct pleasure of collaborating with world-class cycling coaches and physiologist to help develop the PowerWatts training program and software. Plus, using some of my previous experience, I’ve prepared specific strength training protocols directed towards cyclists & runners. I enjoy middle- & long-distance running and riding in Gran Fondo cycling events. I’m easily excited, outgoing and freely share my knowledge about everything related to endurance and strength training for sports. I’m told that training with me with “is an experience” – I hope it’s meant in a positive way! Ha!
